Our History and Founding Ideas

Founded in 2017 by a dedicated group of Afghan international students, Camp Afghanistan is a beacon of hope and opportunity for the youth of Afghanistan. Our mission is to provide Afghan youth with the tools and support they need to realize their aspirations of studying abroad and making a meaningful impact on the world stage. Through a comprehensive program conducted entirely in English, we aim not only to enhance students’ language skills but also to cultivate essential life skills such as leadership, time management, and civic engagement.

At Camp Afghanistan, we are driven by a deep sense of responsibility to address the waste of talent caused by the ongoing political instabilities in our homeland. We recognize that many young Afghans possess immense potential and ambition, yet lack the resources and opportunities to fully realize their dreams. As alumni of similar programs ourselves, we understand the transformative power of education and mentorship. Therefore, we are committed to guiding and supporting the emerging Afghan leaders, helping them become catalysts for positive change in Afghanistan and beyond.
